SHOULD I REPAIR OR REPLACE MY FURNACE?

When your furnace starts to act up, you will likely need a repair. However, sometimes the repair costs the same amount as a replacement, so replacing the furnace may be a better option. Our experienced heating specialists can evaluate your furnace to determine what’s wrong and what needs to be repaired. If they think a replacement might be more cost-effective, they’ll let you know.

HOW CAN I PREVENT SMALL REPAIRS FROM BECOMING BIG REPAIRS?

Staying on top of maintenance and repairs can extend the lifespan of your furnace. If you have a furnace that always needs repairs, our heating specialists can evaluate the problem to see if it’s an indicator of a larger issue. Also, regular maintenance will keep your furnace clean and efficient and may prevent repairs from being needed at all!

HOW DO I KNOW MY FURNACE NEEDS REPAIRING?

One of the most prominent signs your furnace needs repairing is when it’s not giving you the warm air you need. If your furnace isn’t blowing warm air, you may need to repair or replace your air filters, circuit breaker, heating unit, or thermostat. Loud noises like whistling, rattling, banging, and squeaking are abnormal and should be addressed. If your system is frequently cycling on and off on its own, you could have an airflow problem. On the other hand, if your system is continuously running, your unit may not be running as efficiently as it could be.
