At AAA Northgate, we are totally committed to exceptional customer service delivered by expert staff. That’s how the company was started back in 1948. With over 160 years of combined experience on staff, AAA Northgate leads the way in industry knowledge and the whole-home approach to energy efficiency.

On November 1, 2016, we partnered with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, the largest home services company in the U.S., to take our service to the next level. We are now able to continue training our staff with the best resources, offer 24/7 telephone support, provide stronger warranties and guarantees and lower product costs.

Then in October 2017, we entered into a partnership with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This has allowed us to expand our service offering beyond HVAC solutions and energy efficiency upgrades to also include complete plumbing services.

We stay on the cutting edge of the latest trends in home comfort and efficiency by continuously investing in the best resource we have: our knowledgeable staff and crews. We keep up-to-date with specialized training so that you, our customer, can benefit.

Our History:

1948: AAA Heating & Air was established by Warner Elson in Creve Coeur

1977: Northgate Heating & Air was started by Mike Kirk in Peoria

1980: Mike Kirk merged both AAA and Northgate, creating AAA Northgate

2012: Chris Baumann became the president and owner of AAA Northgate

2013: AAA Northgate introduced Whole Home Performance Services

2016: AAA Northgate partnered with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
